Howard Meadows

Howard Meadows (B.Ed., B.Sc.) obtained a B.Mus. (UBC) in voice and choral conducting. He sang with the Phoenix Chamber Choir (Vancouver) for three years and for 10 years in the Vancouver Chamber Choir. During this time he was also the tenor in “Fourtissimo” with George Roberts, Wendy Klein, and sopranos Frances Roberts, Cari Haynes and Allison Girvan. As well as conducting school choirs, Howard was the assistant conductor for the Calgary Choral Society, and served as musical director for the North Shore Chorus. He studies clarinet with A.K. Coope of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, teaches music privately, and is currently collaborating with Craig in arranging Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite” for piano and clarinet.
