Faith Boka-Gwinji

Faith Boka-Gwinji is a senior sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience across the hospitality, property management, and senior living sectors. She currently serves as Director of Sales and Marketing at Home Care Assistance Edmonton, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens partnerships, and advances compassionate, client-centered care for seniors.

Previously, Faith held senior leadership roles with the Christenson Group of Companies, including General Manager of Telford Mews at Leduc Village and Lifestyle Navigator for multiple communities, contributing to strong occupancy performance and operational excellence.

Faith holds a degree in Hospitality with a major in Sales and Marketing and has formal training in drama and visual arts. She is also an art curator, bringing a creative and cultural perspective to community engagement and programming. Faith is a co-facilitator of Alberta Health Services’ Better Choices, Better Health® program and serves as a board member of Concerts in Care Alberta, where she supports initiatives that enhance quality of life for older adults.
