Clayton Leung

Born and raised in Vancouver, Clayton Leung began violin lessons at age three at the Langley Community Music School. He continued his studies at the University of Victoria and the Cleveland Institute of Music. After joining the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra in 2013, Clayton immersed himself in the local arts scene; making appearances at the Edmonton International Jazz Festival, Early Music Alberta and with Kent Sangster’s Obsessions Octet. He made his Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and Alberta Baroque Ensemble solo debuts in 2016. In addition to performing he is also on faculty at the Grant MacEwan Conservatory of Music.
