Anna Kozak

Anna Kozak is a member of the first violin section of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, an Assistant Concertmaster of the Alberta Baroque Ensemble and a Principal Second Violin of the newly formed Chamber Orchestra of Edmonton. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Music degree from the University of Calgary. Throughout her career she’s been a sought after chamber musician and has enjoyed collaborating with many groups and artists. Her most recent project is exploration of violin and piano repertoire by Ukrainian Composers with Edmonton pianist, Leanne Regehr. Anna feels privileged to play violin made in 1770 by Giovanni Battista Gabrielli of Florence.
