Kaitlynd Hiller
Kaitlynd is a junior associate at Miller Thomson LLP where she practices in the commercial litigation and insolvency groups. Prior to law school, Kaitlynd obtained her Bachelor of Science at the University of Alberta and her Master of Science in Bioethics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Kaitlynd was heavily involved in the performing arts during her childhood and teenage years, and she has continued to keep ties to that community through her involvement in the choral community as well as her volunteer work. She was a member of the Greenwich Village Chamber Singers while living in New York, and has been a member of the Richard Eaton Singers since moving back to Edmonton in 2018. Throughout post-secondary she regularly volunteered with groups that provided musical performances to individuals in long-term care as well as provided free music lessons to youth. This work included acting as president of the University of Alberta’s chapter of MusicBox Children’s Charity. Kaitlynd is excited to work with a board that shares her passion for making music accessible to everyone no matter their age, abilities, or financial means.
