Bernie Bolton

Bernie Bolton is an accomplished leader with extensive experience working collaboratively with executive and Boards. She is a professional accountant (CPA) and internal auditor, with expertise in strategic planning, performance evaluation, risk management, and board policy.

Bernie is retired from Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis where she was the Vice President Strategic Services and Chief Risk Officer. Her volunteer board experience includes acting as treasurer for several boards, and chairing audit and finance committees.

Bernie has two adult daughters. She is an avid fan of musical theatre and enjoys travel, camping, knitting, and reading.
