Stanton Jack

Guitarist Stanton Jack began his studies at Capilano College, then moved on to the UBC School of Music to earn his Master of Music degree in Guitar Performance, studying with Michael Strutt. During this time he was chosen as a teaching assistant for the Guitar Division at UBC. Recently, he performed the famous Rodrigo concerto for guitar with the UBC Sinfonietta, and has performed often with the UBC Guitar Quartet. As a solo performer, he enjoys a wide range of musical styles from classical to the folk inspired music of Spain, South America and Africa. He has released two CDs.
