Zoë launched her musical journey in Edmonton at the age of three, under the guidance of violinist, Yoko Oike Wong. Zoë discovered her passion for playing with the National Youth Orchestra of Canada during the summers of 1981 and 1982 and decided to make it her career. She has enjoyed being a violinist with the Edmonton Symphony for 35 years.

In her spare time Zoë enjoys exploring Alberta and walks with her husband, Jim, and their Labrador Retriever, Angus.
