Aiyana Anderson Howatt plays first violin in the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. Besides orchestral playing, Aiyana also teaches and plays chamber music. She is a founding member of the Onyx String Quartet and has played with various other ensembles in Edmonton, including Alberta Baroque Ensemble, New Music Edmonton, WindRose Trio, and Chamber Orchestra of Edmonton.
